Clearing a Space

I finished clearing the site at the weekend:

dismantled shed and cut back laurels

I then realised – rather belatedly – that:

  1. the tree I had planted 7 years ago will be pressed right up to the front of the new building
  2. a 3.6×3.6×2.7 meter building is actually pretty big compared to your typical shed

These two things, combined with the pre-existing greenhouse and shed (not visible below), will no doubt create a shanty-town vibe that I was not really intending, but it is a bit late to worry about that kind of detail.

In the next thrilling instalment: Structurally Insulated Panels – more than you really wanted to know.
