I bought the following sockets from screwfix:
not an exact match with the lightwaverf switch, but a bit closer than appears in the pic, where the light has caught them at different angles. Also pretty good value for £4 each.

I also got a cheap but functional exterior light – will be replaced with something nicer at some point:
The biggest wallet shocker was the 6 LED downlighers which I ordered direct from Ecoled. I consoled myself with the following thoughts:
- having used one of the several online calculators on energy savings from LEDs it seems very likely that my downlighter investment will pay for itself in the next 33 years
- I have done a tiny bit to help a small British engineering firm
